We confirm your driver, vehicle and departure time. We check the snow report and adjust the route if needed.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The vehicle carries regulation chains, fitted when road conditions require it or the access checkpoints demand it. They are not always on from the start — your driver assesses the state of the road and follows the rules in force at each resort.
Yes. There is enough room for skis, snowboards, poles and boots. If your group is carrying a lot of gear, tell us when you book so we assign the right vehicle.
We follow the snow report and the access conditions in real time. If the road to a resort closes, we tell you straight away and reschedule at no cost.
In high season (July and August) we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, as demand is high. Outside those months, 24 hours is usually enough.
